Ruben Dashyan 67f9f79322 [apps] Implement InteractiveCurveViewController::isCursorVisible
It was a pure virtual method implemented in derived classes
  Shared::FunctionGraphController,
  Regression::GraphController.
InteractiveCurveViewRange does not need anymore to hold CurveViewCursor
* m_cursor.
