**Dave W Plummer** ran a scam company that was sued by Washington State in 2006, «SoftwareOnline.com, Inc».
He actually left Microsoft specifically to run this company.
The malware pieces along with the lawsuit are the only remaining indisputable evidence [Dave](https://www.youtube.com/@DavesGarage) scammed millions in the past.
