[i18n] Translated constants in Italian and NL (#384)

* NL: translation of the physics constant
EN: correction of "Elemental charge" into "Elementary Charge"

* Italian translation

* Fixed some italian translation ( thanks Clem' :) )

* [Fix]: NL and IT translation
